How far in advance should I book?

 

Reservations are open to book 90 days in advance, we recommend booking as soon as possible for weekend reservations. For bookings largewr than six, we ask that you contact us at  info@bulrushrestaurant.co.uk 

 


How long should I allow to enjoy my tasting menu?

 

Our Full tasting menu should take between 3 and 3.5 hours to complete from time of ordering.

We also offer a shorter lunch menu on Fridays and Saturdays which takes 2 hours.



Do you offer vouchers?


We are able to offer monetary vouchers of any amount over £25 that are valid for one year from date of purchase.


We are also able to offer the option for a physical gift card to be sent to either you or the recipient of your choice. The charge for this service is £5. This includes a handwritten voucher written on recycled paper, sealed with our logo in blue wax and the inclusion of first class postage to anywhere in the UK.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?


We would like to advise our guests to have an open mind and ask for your confidence in our preparations. We can alter our menus for vegetarians, pescatarians and strict allergies or intolerances to a certain extent. We must have at least 48 hours notice to honour this and must be informed when booking.

Whilst we follow best practice at all times, we would like to highlight that all dishes we serve are produced in an environment where allergens are also prepared and cooked. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee the environment will be completely allergen free.



What is your cancellation policy?


Credit card details are required and need to be provided within 48 hours to secure all bookings.

 They are securely kept with a third-party and will only be used for cancellation penalties.

It is within our discretion to add a cancellation fee of £85 per guest in the event that a booking is not honoured in whole or in part, which includes reducing numbers, or is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice. 


 

Do you welcome children?

 

We do not have a minimum age requirement to dine in the restaurant.  We do not have child friendly facilities & menu and we wish to respect all of our diners’ experience.


 

Do you have wheelchair access?

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer full access by wheelchair throughout the restaurant.

 


Do you have a dress code?

 

There is no dress code at Bulrush. Diners are encouraged to wear whatever makes them feel the most comfortable.

 


Where should I park?

 

There is no off street parking available for Bulrush restaurant. We recommend arriving early to your reservation in order to allow some time to find convenient street parking.


 

Do you offer private dining?

We are able to accommodate a table of twelve people at maximum capacity in our upstairs dining room. No additional fee is required, but we do ask for all inquiries be sent to info@bulrushrestaurant.co.uk.



Do you offer corkage?

 

We offer a corkage fee of £30 per bottle. There is no need to inform us in advance, though it does allow us to set up a table nearby with the appropriate glassware and equipment.
